Route map “The way of the hero” as a tool for psychological and pedagogical support of the competence development of a future teacher of an innovative type

The article presents a model of a route map for the professional and personal development of a future teacher, developed and implemented at the Zlatoust Pedagogical College within the framework of innovative activities on the topic “Intensification of the process of training a future teacher in a professional educational organization”. The route map is focused on the model of a graduate of a teacher training college. The key competencies and their components indicated in this map. It is based on the concept “The Way of the Hero”, which is actual in modern culture. The model of the route map is universal, built taking into account the motivational orientation and individual psychological qualities of the personality of students, includes both diagnostic and developmental blocks. This material will be useful as a practical toolkit, first of all, for educational psychologists accompanying students of professional educational institutions.
