Mass riots in the current socio-political situation of the Kyrgyz Republic

In the article, the author considers the main prerequisites and socio-political factors that influence the increase in the overall criminality of the situation in the republic and cause the occurrence of riots. The author on the basis of the criminal law characteristics of mass riots draws conclusions regarding domestic risks that can increase the likelihood of mass riots and increase their public danger.
