Master class of the “Master of the year” competition: analysis of the results

Currently, the “Master of the Year” competition among teaching staff of professional educational organizations has become one of the professional competitions at the all-Russian level, where each subject of the Russian Federation represents the winner of the regional stage. All competition tasks are aimed at demonstrating by the competitor methodological competence and pedagogical experience in matters of practical training of students, based on advanced technologies and methods. The regional stage of the competition includes three tasks: No. 1 “I am a master”, No. 2 “Master class” and No. 3 “Fall in love with the profession”. The first task allows to evaluate the participant’s oratory skills, the second - pedagogical skill in conducting a training session with a group of students, the third - the ability to conduct a career guidance task with a group of different ages. Conducting a training session with a group of students is also a competitive task at the All-Russian stage of the competition. In this regard, the article focuses on identifying the features of the “Master Class” competition task of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Master of the Year” and analyzing its results in 2023.
