Workshops in the process of implementing educational programs of secondary vocational education

The article deals with the issue related to the organization of workshops in educational institutions implementing secondary vocational education programs. The essence of the workshops' work is revealed, their preparation for the demonstration exam. The issue of the work of the Hotel Administration workshop at the Institute is considered. The author showed what work was carried out at the institute in the process of creating workshops, their preparation for the demonstration exam.
