The aim of the research is to develop a mathematical Gauss model for effective forecasting of pollutants distribution in the atmosphere of regions with high technogenic load, as well as to use in the future its practical application for air quality management. The use of this model will make it possible to assess the impact of various sources of pollution on the atmospheric state, as well as to predict the change in the concentration of pollutants depending on meteorological conditions. Implementation of the model will allow not only to minimize negative consequences for public health, but also to optimize measures aimed at improving the environmental situation in regions with a high level of industrial activity.
