In 75 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) and vascular wall stiffness were estimated on the background of therapy with fixed combination of perindopril and indapamid. The investigation was performed 3 months before and after antihypertensive therapy. The tricomponent mathematical model was created on the basis of carried out correlative regression analysis of the received findings. The model allows forecasting the direction and modification level of the main LVDF indices depending on vascular wall stiffness decrease in AH patients during antihypertensive therapy with perindopril and indapamid. Mathematical model clinical approbation testified its diagnostic sensibility to be 95.6%, diagnostic specificity - 63.6%, and diagnostic efficacy - 85.3%. Thus, the developed mathematical model had high efficacy indices in organoprotective influence forecasting of antihypertensive therapy with perindopril and indapamid in patients with AH. The revealed changes underline vascular mechanisms role in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction pathogenesis and suggest a significant contribution of vascular stiffness in left ventricle myocardium relaxation property disturbance in AH patients.
