On the basis of experimental studies of posed and solved the boundary-value problem of heat conduction, which describes the temperature field in the volume of frozen food storage conditions in its commercial refrigeration equipment - refrigerated display cabinet. The analytical solution obtained makes it possible to determine the rate of cooling (heating), the lowest specific energy consumption in order to maintain the desired mode, and choose the optimal ratio of length of employment and off the chiller.
