The system of finance stimulation of the teaching staff is described here. It was adopted in Ukhta State Technical University. It rests on the use of generalized characteristics of teacher's activity - the index of leadership and the index of harmony. It is based on five principles of functioning: adequacy, leadership, harmony, collective responsibility and competition.
