Mediation as an alternative way to resolve individual labor disputes

The article reveals the concept of "mediation" as one of the methods of alternative settlement of an individual labor dispute, analyzes the distinctive nature of the principles of mediation, as well as the advantages of this method in resolving conflicts by comparison with judicial procedure, and studies foreign experience in the development of the institution of mediation. During the study, topical problems were identified that prevent the use of mediation as a way to resolve individual labor disputes in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
