Mediation as an alternative way of regulating the way in civil proceedings

Today, indeed, there is a need for a partial replacement of the judicial procedure for the consideration of emerging civil disputes with more modern methods of conflict resolution. Such is mediation. Mediation is a way of dealing with conflicts, which is to involve an external mediator in the regulation of the process. In other words, in this process the mediator, not the court, acts as the subject. Accordingly, as a result, a court decision on this issue is not made. This process otherwise regulates the relationship between the parties to the conflict, has other goals and objectives.
