Media in criminal proceedings

In this article, on the basis of Russian legislation and international acts, the institution of mediation is investigated for its role in criminal proceedings. The conclusion is made about the need to introduce mediation into the Russian criminal justice process by developing a regulatory act that will determine the legal criteria and conditions for the application of this procedure.
