Medical error as a grounds for civil liability

The article deals with an acute problem today - the civil liability of medical workers for illegal actions in relation to their patients, the definition of the concept of "civil liability" is given. The article discloses the grounds for the emergence of civil liability and their features, namely: the committed offense, evidence of illegal actions, the presence of a causal relationship between the act and the consequences, the guilt of the person who caused the harm.
