Medicine of Ulyanovsk region: state and subjects of innovative communications

The article presents the results of research on the state of medicine in Ulyanovsk region, its dynamics and perspectives of innovation-oriented development. The problem of funding, logistical and personnel equipment of health facilities are identified and characterized. The intensification of innovative communication, the basic direction of the communication interaction are recommended in order to stimulate the development of innovative directions.
