Three main trends in the study of a healthy lifestyle have recently been identified: philosophical-sociological, medical-biological, psychological-pedagogical. All these directions are characterized by their own approaches and have their own conceptual apparatus. In this article, we analyze the medical-biological and psychological aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Also, modern aspects of a healthy lifestyle are considered.
