Relevant issues and prospects of medico- psychological coaching the processes of training and upbringing of children with disabilities

In two regions of Siberia (Republic of Buryatiya, Tomsk District) 268 schoolchildren of special schools have been examined. Of most prevalence are disturbances of psychological development - F83 (149 persons - 55.6 %), mental retardation - F70 (12 persons. - 4,5 %), speech disorders - F80 (63 persons - 23,5 %), behavioral disturbances with onset in childhood - F90 (6 persons - 2,2 %).
