In two regions of Siberia (Republic of Buryatiya, Tomsk District) 268 schoolchildren of special schools have been examined. Of most prevalence are disturbances of psychological development - F83 (149 persons - 55.6 %), mental retardation - F70 (12 persons. - 4,5 %), speech disorders - F80 (63 persons - 23,5 %), behavioral disturbances with onset in childhood - F90 (6 persons - 2,2 %). Most schoolchildren had combined disorders. Programs of medico-psychological-pedagogical coaching are developed
