The mechanism of the insurance childcare allowance formation for women under the age of 27

This authors analyze the situation with the amount of monthly benefits for caring for a child under the age of one and a half years in the Russian Federation. Various statistics taken from open sources are given. The possibility of obtaining additional funds is analyzed and a probable and justified mechanism for increasing the monetary allowance of some categories of citizens entitled to social security for a monthly childcare allowance is proposed. The authors also take into account the legal consequences of the implementation of the mechanism for the targeted use of funds of the Pension Fund of Russia in the section of the formation of the insurance maternity allowance. The proposed mechanism to increase monthly childcare allowance allows us to take a fresh look at the funds accumulated in the Pension Fund of Russia, will give impetus to a new direction in the social policy of the state.
