Mechanism of civil law regulation of compensation of harm to life or health of police workers

The article gives grounds for the necessity of working out an effective mechanism of Civil Law Regulation of relations helping to compensate harm caused to life or health of police workers. The author has made an analysis of the stages of this mechanism, pointed out elements corresponding to these stages, defined the concept of the mechanism.
