Mechanism of legal provision of national security: to the question of the content

This article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of the content of the mechanism of legal provision of national security. Based on the analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of legal mechanisms, the authors come to the conclusion that the content of the mechanism of legal provision of national security should consist of the following subsystems: a) regulatory framework; b) organizational and legal (institutional) framework; c) instrumental framework.
