Development mechanism and evaluation of the environment of cooperative network interactions of service industry organizations on the basis of outsourcing

The economy at the present stage of its development is characterized by an increased level of complexity, determined by its dynamism, stochasticity, risks and uncertainty, enhanced vectors of digitalization and networkization of the economic environment. The new direction determines the cognitive nature of the development of economic systems, necessitates the search for new mechanisms of interaction between organizations, leading to an intensive growth of intercompany cooperation and integration in the form of network models of cooperation. The purpose of the current study is to determine new approaches and methods to the formation of adaptive elements of the mechanism for the formation and development of the environment for cooperation-network interactions of organizations in the service sector and evaluation of its effectiveness. The studies were based on the methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling, observation, expert assessments, etc. As a result of the study, the theoretical and methodological concepts of the environment of cooperation-network interactions of service organizations were generalized, including the forms of interactions of organizations and supplemented with a new form of cooperation-network outsourcing, its specificity and role in the mechanism of formation and development of the environment of organizations are determined. New approaches and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the environment of organizations have been identified and tested, taking into account the relevance of developing a new type of resource - information-digital, the effectiveness of which is determined by the level of transparency. A conclusion is made about the effectiveness and prospects for the use of cooperative network outsourcing and its target role in the mechanism of formation and development of the environment of service sector organizations is determined. The results of the study can be used in the scientific and practical fields of the economy.
