The mechanism of implementing of judicial control over certain investigative actions: search and seizure

In the article, the author considers the peculiarities of the proceedings of judicial control over «confidential» investigative actions - search and seizure, focusing on the analysis of problematic aspects of their legally established regulation. While studying the criminal procedural legislation, judicial practice, viewpoints of scientists, the author suggests some ways of solving the issues raised in the article for more efficient functioning of the institution of judicial control, both preliminary and subsequent.
