Mechanism of trace formation during illegal hunting in modern conditions

The article examines the problematic issues related to the mechanism of formation of traces during illegal hunting accompanied by the emergence of specific traces of a crime, and a very large species diversity of the tools and means of crime used. Attention is focused on the dependence of the formation of traces of a crime on the characteristics of the relationships between the method of committing illegal hunting, the features of the tools used, the place and time period, as well as the personality of the offender. Based on the progressive general progress of the development of socie-ty, and the possibilities of its use, the problems of understanding the mechanism of formation of traces associated with the use of aircraft in illegal hunting and the need for this, the development of aspects of the methodology for investigating crimes of this type are touched upon.
