The method of creation of mathematical models of the mechanical oscillatory systems which are turning on gears in the structure is offered. It is shown that mechanisms can be interpreted as the device for transformation of the movement and in the simplified form are presented by standard elements of a set of links of vibroprotective systems. The methodology and methodical basis of creation of vibroprotective systems with the object of protection making angular fluctuations are developed. Features of modeling of rigid bodies of the final sizes on the basis of introduction and the accounting of lever ties are defined. Lever mechanisms carry out not only functions of transformation of the movement, but also form a spatial metrics of system. A number of the constructive solutions allowing to enter dynamic quenchers of fluctuations into consideration is proposed. The necessary ratios defining conditions of realization of the dynamic modes are received. It is shown that the accounting of gears in structure of oscillatory system and the dynamic effects arising thus can be consolidated to an influence assessment from formation of the return negative tie on an absolute deviation of object.
