Mechanisms for the introduction of digital technologies in the management of municipal property

In the article, the author attempted to substantiate the importance of the digital economy and, based on the tasks set by the head of our country, switch to the everyday use of digital technologies at the local, municipal level directly on the management of urban property. After analyzing the scientific literature on digital technologies, a preliminary conclusion is made about the need to introduce them, taking into account the safety of the consumption of ordinary users (personal data security). According to the presented data, in the Perm Territory, the leadership is aimed at fulfilling all the tasks set for digitalization, and this can explain the allocation of certain funds for installing digital platforms for managing municipal property in all settlements at the same time.
