Management in the system of modern education (psychological and pedagogical aspect)

The article deals with the peculiarities of management activities in modern conditions, in general, and in the field of Russian education, in particular, allowing to conclude that one of the decisive conditions for the success of the head is the need to ensure its effective influence on their subordinates in order to promote their full self-realization in the professional sphere; work on itself including management of own behavior, formation and development of necessary business and personal qualities and many other things is the most important for effective administrative activity of the head in modern conditions; without constant updating, yesterday's knowledge quickly loses the potential of influence on the success of professional activities and that is why it is so important to constantly improve and enrich with productive experience and innovative and creative component (only this approach provides a real opportunity to ensure that the manager meets the requirements of modern business relations and selected life strategy focused on achieving personal-significant peaks and meeting their highest needs).
