The mental foundation of the development of the conventional wisdom: the philosophical and educational aspects

The article deals with the analysis of the phenomenon of the conventional wisdom and patriotism as the basis of the development of the all-Russian civic identity. There are suggested the mental phenomena, functioning in the field of the historical temporality, as the basis of the establishment of the social and individual consciousness. The philosophical and educational content of the process of the historical self-actualization reflects the practice guides of the education of children and youth in the field of the educational institution.
