Mental projects in education: setting the question

There is shown the author's understanding of mentality as set system. The peculiarities of mentality interaction with the education phenomenon are regarded. The effectiveness and the quality of education are offered to be considered through the notion "mental project". The elements (stages) of project technologies are thought through the mental project developed by the author.
