The article analyzes the legislation in the field of corruption crime. Methods for preventing corruption in enterprises are also considered. The article deals with the duties of employees and the organization itself, which are aimed at preventing and suppressing corruption crime. It is shown what is the interaction of employees with law enforcement agencies and Vice versa. The question of restriction of the state and municipal employees in the considered question is touched.
