Measures of counteraction to crimes corruption in the bodies home office

The article deals with the main causes and conditions of corruption-related crimes committed by employees of the internal Affairs bodies. A number of specific measures are proposed, the implementation of which will reduce the percentage of the crimes committed by them: further improvement of anti-corruption legislation, strict observance of the rotation of personnel, the definition of “critical points” in each Department of the internal Affairs bodies, in which corruption offenses are most likely to occur.
