Messengers and social networks in the aspect of ensuring personal media security

The article discusses social networks and instant messengers popular in Russia from the point of view of their personal media security threats. After identifying the main threats, a comparative analysis of the data of social networks and instant messengers was carried out in terms of ensuring the media security of the person and the person’s security from the main, identified threats.
