The place of common law and the law of justice in the modern Anglo-Saxon legal system

In the context of globalization and an ever-changing social structure, the relevance of the study of the role and interaction of common law and the law of justice in the Anglo-Saxon legal system is beyond doubt. The purpose of the study is an in-depth analysis and systematization of the basic principles and mechanisms of the functioning of common law and the law of justice, as well as determining their place and role in the modern legal system of the countries of Anglo-Saxon jurisdiction. The research aims to identify the historical background and stages of development of both systems; analyze the main judicial precedents and application practices; determine the place of common law and the law of justice in the modern Anglo-Saxon legal system. The research methodology includes the analysis of legal literature, the study of judicial precedents, as well as the synthesis of the data obtained to form a generalized view of the system. The main results of the work indicate that common law and the law of justice.
