The article examines the place of enforcement proceedings in the arbitration process, touches upon the definition of the arbitration process itself, identifies the stages of the arbitration process, deduces two main approaches to determining the place of enforcement proceedings and concludes which of the approaches is most relevant at the moment with the help of different points of view. The article clearly examines the relationship of the arbitration process with enforcement proceedings.
