The place of notary system in the separation of powers

In this article discusses the place of modern notary system in the system of separation of powers in the Russian Federation. For this purpose, an analysis of the interaction of the notary with all branches of government has been carried out, a detailed review of its main functions has been carried out. The special public law nature of the institute was investigated. In conclusion, a new definition of a notary is formulated, reflecting its special legal nature, functions and place in the system of separation of powers.
