Place of innovation conception in the ontology of pedagogical college

The article comprises two parts: scientific and theoretical and practical. Scientific and theoretical reflexion leads to the creation of the global ontology, revealing the main vectors and principles of the economic development in High Tech times. The role of pedagogical education in the specialists' training and child's development is analysed. The practical part of the paper demonstrates the first stage of the Regional Innovation Place activity at the Magnitogorsk pedagogical college. The authors try to synchronize the world of college and the universe in the innovation activity.
