The realization of the traditional value of "creative work" in the legal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of education

According to the author, creative work as a traditional spiritual and moral value has been reflected in the legal policy of the Russian Federation in the field of education, as evidenced by the relevant amendments and additions to federal legislation. The author studies the process of making these changes and additions, analyzes the concept of labor education, distinguishes creative labor and forced labor, production activities. It assumes the need to consolidate the right of schoolchildren to labor education and social work.
