Metabolism in the rum of fatting gors when using the feed additive «Korrum» in the diet

In order to justify the introduction into the diet of young cattle being fattened, the energy-protein feed additive «Korrum» in different dosages three months after the start of the experiment in the scar content were studied: pH, concentration of metabolites, enzymatic activity. The results of the conducted studies allowed us to conclude that the addition of an energy-protein feed additive in different doses to the diet of fattening Holstein bulls contributed to the creation of favorable conditions for the vital activity of microorganisms, as evidenced by an increase in the number of infusoria, their size, and an increase in the content in the rumen of both the sum of three volatile fatty acids, and in particular acetic, oil and lactic acids. The improvement of the metabolic processes of the scar led to an increase in the intensity of growth of fattened young cattle.
