Metaphor as a universal conceptualization means is inherent in any language view of the world. It is irrespective of national or cultural differences. The publicist picture of the world incorporates political metaphors derived from scientific, professional and everyday domestic lexicon. In publicist texts metaphors represent different variants of the language view of the world ranging from scientific to naive view of the world.
