Discursive characteristics and values of the judicial session in the works of F. Nietzsche (by the example of the analysis of German metaphors)

The article deals with the peculiarities of the individual concepts of “man”, “conscience”, “spirit”, “virtue” of the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. There were revealed the ways of defining and expressing the concepts of the means of the secondary nomination in the context of the judicial discourse.
