Meta-resource of life success as a psychological predictor of law enforcement officers’ professional success

Introduction. The paper presents the results of the study of the relationship and influence of life success on the professional success of law enforcement officers in the modern situation, which are of particular relevance in the context of professional development. Life success is understood as a meta-resource of personality, which has a multi-component structure and is interrelated with the main spheres of human life, including professional life. The components influence the indicators of external and internal sides of professional success as a holistic phenomenon.
