The MRI data of a backbone of 68 patients with the verified diagnosis a mammary gland cancer is analyzed. Indications for executing magnetic resonance tomography were the data of roentgenography, osteoscintigraphy, and as presence of a clinical status. By results of research it is possible to draw a conclusion on absence of specific Mr-semiotics of metastatic disease of bones at various variants of infiltrating mammary cancer. Invasion level, depth of an invasion, presence of bone-destructive changes, extending on soft tissue find full display at high-filed magnetic-resonance tomography that proves to be true by pathoanatomical data.
