Бесплатный доступ

Liver resection is the mainstay of treatment for malignant liver neoplasms. Recognition of the tumor and isolation of critical anatomical structures is the key to safe and effective surgery. The fluorescence method using indocyanine green may serve as an intraoperative control method to best define the anatomical margins of dissection while adhering to oncologic principles. This article aimsto summarize the currently available literature data to determine the significance and effectiveness of this method in the surgery of malignant liver neoplasms.
