Modern tractors, cars and mobile agricultural machinery are usually equipped with portable and on-board equipment, and also have Internet access. Navigation equipment provides information on the location, direction and speed of movement of autotractor units, while the electronic on-board system controls such components as the engine, transmission, working equipment, as well as a small amount of self-diagnostics and controls the quality of technological operations and other parameters. [3]. This paper proposes an innovative method of systematic use of all electronic devices for the implementation of continuous predictive technological state of the agricultural machine as a whole, which allows to reduce the downtime of equipment and reduce economic costs up to 14%. This is through the use of an improved device and method of predictive diagnostics of the technical condition of engine units and agricultural machinery in the first time.
