Method of paired sales. Again about the limits of applicability

We consider the applicability of the method of paired sales (MPS) to calculate the quantitative adjustment of several pairs of commodity prices, which differ by a single feature. The results are a generalization of the analysis of the use of «classical» MPS one pair price. It is shown that the error in the calculation of adjustments for two or even three pairs of prices, as in the classical case, is too high for the recognition of a valid method in situations typical for its practical application.
