The paper presents a new method for matching the assessment value, based on fuzzy logic. Describes the basic steps for using this method, discusses the importance of not factors in the process of evaluation of the cost. The example of harmonization of evaluation value using the proposed method under the income approach in terms of ambiguity and incompleteness in the source data. The prospects of methods that take into account not-factors to estimate the market value of different objects.
