Method about persuasion in high school or promoting sleep hygiene as a valuable educational resource

The aim of the study, which involved 27 third-year students of the Russian State Vocational and Educational University (Ekaterinburg), was to create optimal methodical conditions for persuading students of the cognitive value of sleep. The principle of the naturalness of the pedagogical process, the method of persuasion and the reception of "role reversal" were the theoretical and practical basis of the study, scheduled for the second semester of 2019-2020 academic year. The study was interrupted for objective reasons in March 2020 in the context of the epidemic Сovid-19. The results of the study were the personal experience of the students acquired in the conditions of "role reversal", implementation of methods of persuasion in classroom conditions, mastered information about the cognitive value of sleep. Interactive methodical conditions, created to optimize the method of persuasion, have prospects of introduction as one of the trends of high school pedagogy and promotion of sleep hygiene as a valuable educational resource. The study will continue at the end of the quarantine imposed in the face of the epidemic Сovid-19.
