In the work are considered the main risks of the industrial enterprises in a section of the occurence s reasons and influence on financial result. And also is presented the management's method of the basic significant risks's complex on the industrial enterprises, which based on optimisation of industrial enterprises activity due to minimization of the industrial project's payback period.
