Methodical work of a teacher of higher learning institution of culture as the prerequisite of enhancing the quality of the personnel training in socio-cultural sphere

The article considers the main components of the individual work plan of a teacher of East-Siberian state institute of culture as well as the directions of methodical work presented in its educational-methodical and organizational-methodical sections that can enhance the educational process quality, from the author’s point of view.
