The article deals with the analysis of the modern studies of the issue of developing the teacher’s readiness to the innovative professional activity. There is given the author’s definition of the concept “teacher’s readiness to innovative professional activity”. There is substantiated the author’s methodological system of the development of the teacher’s readiness to the innovative professional activity.
