Methodical aspects of combined approach to the evaluation of the fat and oil food cluster

A complex analysis of oil and fat cluster is a required condition for monitoring the performance of this integrated system, developing recommendations on the interaction of all its constituent elements. In the scientific literature, there are many approaches to determination of the efficiency parameters and indices of steady development of processes in agriculture. However, taking into account the global nature of the system, the evaluation should involve the integration of the production, economic, environmental and social aspects of the cluster’s work, and have systematic character - to be methodologically sound. The selected criteria should reflect: the objective adequacy, thoroughness and veracity, comparability, measurability, minimality and complexity. Limited-sector indices that allow characterizing specific aspects of work efficiency within the manufacturing nomenclature of cluster subjects deserve special attention. Considering the heterogeneity of indices, an important condition for evaluation the state of a complex economic model as a whole is to combine them into a single integrated (aggregated) index. Thus, it is reasonable to use correlation-regression analysis, which combines the individual indices in the form of linear dependence. The main difficulty lies in finding the weight coefficients with which the individual indices enter into a mathematical model of the integral evaluation. To use of modern software is acceptable to facilitate the calculation process.
