Methodical aspects of implementation of pedagogical conditions for the development of pedagogical competencies in future lawyers

The article presents the methodology for implementing a set of pedagogical conditions for the development of pedagogical competence of future lawyers: creating a professional-pedagogical environment, subject-subject interaction of participants in the educational process, implementation of the special course program “Fundamentals of Legal Pedagogy”. The levels of competency and disclosed their assessment tools have been introduced for diagnostics pedagogical competence of students. The results of experimental research work on checking the degree of infl uence of the selected pedagogical conditions on the development of pedagogical competence of students of law schools were presented. The result’s novelty and signifi cance are to justify the effectiveness of the selected set of pedagogical conditions, the implementation of which ensures a high level of pedagogical competence of future lawyers.
