Methodological foundations of the management efficiency evaluation in municipal units of Krasnoyarsk region

The paper suggests an evaluation model of the efficiency and quality of municipal units management. A four-level system of indicators is formed. They are the informational foundation of evaluation of the efficiency and quality of municipal units management. A methodology of indicators rating to integrate them into indicators of higher level is worked. A tool for indicator computer analysis of all levels in models of municipal units efficiency management is developed.
